- Attachment 3 to RFI - Glossary Attachment 2 to RFI - Company Overview Attachment 1 to RFI - Solutions Requirements Matrix RFI Document The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) is to assist the Department of Labor (DOL), Wage and Hour Division (WHD) in conducting market research to determine the interest and capabilities of qualified companies/agencies for providing an IT solution to support WHD's modernization business objectives. This request is for information purposes only, to help DOL gain a better understanding of potential solutions. This information will enable WHD to prepare and development business strategies for potential technology adoption, consider alternatives, and understand vendor experiences representing best practices in developing and implementing transformational information technology solutions. Reponse to this RFI is voluntary and is not a prerequisite for responding to any future procurement solicitation. Respondents must identify any information they consider to be sensitive or proprietary. Any information submitted will not be returned, and no payment will be made by the Government for information provided in response to this RFI. This RFI is not a Request for Proposal or Request for Quotation and the Government will not award a contract pursuant to this announcement. No solicitation package is available at this time and requests for solicitation packages will not receive a response. The Department of Labor may host an Industry Day where interested parties will have an opportunity to ask questions about the current operating environment and gain clarification on topics listed in the RFI. In the event the Government decides to conduct an Industry Day, a separate notice will be posted with full details. Responses shall be submitted in accordance with the instructions specified in Sections 7,8, and 9 of the RFI Notice.
