Replace 'Revised Attachment 4' with 'Revised Attachment 4 (2)' to extend the due date of the Past Performance Questionnaire from 5:00pm EST, August 13, 2013, to 5:00pm EST, August 20, 2013. • Offerors who have submitted 'Attachment 4' or ‘Revised Attachment 4' provided in the original solicitation and Amendment 0002, are not required to resubmit 'Revised Attachment 4 (2)' to the Point of Contact (POC) for the Client, as only the due date has been updated Amendment 0004 The purpose of this amendment is as follows: 1. Incorporate all Questions and Answers (Q&A). See Attachment 6 to this Amendment. - If there are any discrepancies between the response to the Q&A and the solicitation, the solicitation takes precedence. 2. Make changes to the following Sections of this solicitation: - Section B.2, Pricing Schedule of Services - Section C.3.37, Performance Metrics - Section E.1, Instructions to Offerors 3. Add clause to Section C.3.45, FSA 4-1 Online Representations and Certifications Updates. A revised solicitation with these changes is provided herein. Notice Update This update is to provide the anticipated procurement timeline for Default Collection Services. See attached document titled '2014 Defaulted Collection Services Anticipated Procurement Timeline'. Amendment 0003 The purpose of this Amendment is to extend the Offeror's due date from 5:00pm EST, August 13, 2013 to 5:00pm EST, August 20, 2013. Amendment 0002 The purpose of this Amendment is as follows: 1. Replace 'Attachment 4' with 'Revised Attachment 4' to extend the due date of the Past Performance Questionnaire from 5:00pm EST, July 30, 2013, to 5:00pm EST, August 13, 2013. •Offerors who have submitted 'Attachment 4' provided in the original solicitation are not required to resubmit 'Revised Attachment 4' to the Point of Contact (POC) for the Client, as only the due date has been updated. 2. Provide clarification of the following sections of the solicitation: •Section A.1., Corporate Capacity- Offerors who have submitted and received signed copies of the Corporate Capacity Table provided in the original solicitation are not required to resubmit the updated Corporate Capacity Table if the twenty-four month timeframe from January 1, 2011 through December 31, 2012 is provided. Amendment 0001 The purpose of this Amendment is as follows: 1. Make changes to the following sections of the solicitation: * Section A.1, Corporate Capacity * Section A.1.2, Corporate Capacity Table 2. Extend the Offeror's due date from 5:00pm EST, July 30 2013 to 5:00pm EST, August 13, 2013. See attachments for revised solicitation.
