- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The United States Property and Fiscal Office, 9 National Guard Road, Columbia, South Carolina intends to award a firm fixed priced contract for Cameras and associated equipment. Where indicated by the wording quote mark Brand Name Specific Item quote mark, requires that product to be of same brand name as indicated on CLIN. All other products that are not brand name specific must be of brand name or equal in all characteristics/specifications. All offers will be evaluated and awarded based on price. This procurement is 100% small business set aside. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 423410. To be considered for award, the offeror must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM), which can be accessed as follows: https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/. All vendors MUST have a publicly visible registration in SAM. Offerors must include with their offer, the following information: Duns Number, CAGE Code Number, and Federal Tax ID Number. All Requests for Information (RFIs) (questions) shall be sent to blake.s.cromer.civ@mail.mil no later than 1000 (10:00 AM ET) Friday, 11 April 2014.
