Description

Illinois Valley Visitor Center Roof Replacement, Oregon Caves National Monument, Josephine County, Oregon This Amendment provides the following changes: 1. Attachment 3 - Project Specifications 01 01 00, 9.10 (F) is amended to eliminate the reference the California and replaces with Oregon. 2. Attachment 3 - Project Specifications 07 60 00, 1.04(A) is amended to eliminate the reference to the California Building Code. The correct regulatory requirement is the Oregon Structural Specialty Code, 2010 edition. 3. Attachment 3 - Project Specifications 07 61 00, 1.04(D) is amended to eliminate the reference to the California and replaces with Oregon. 4. Attachment 3 - Project Specifications 07 61 00, 1.05(C) is amended to eliminate the reference to the California Building Code. The correct regulatory requirement is the Oregon Structural Specialty Code, 2010 edition. 5. Attachment 3 - Project Specifications 07 61 00. 2.04 (A) is amended to remove the reference to metal soffits. There are little to no soffits on the building, and they are not required to be metal. Replace in kind with wood if required. 6. Provisions and Clauses, Section L.9, No. 7(a) and Section M.1(C): The requirements for a licensed roofing installer in the State of Oregon are eliminated. The, are amended to read licensed with the Oregon Construction Contractors Board (CCB) in accordance with Oregon Revised Statute 701.021.
