Contract work includes lifting the structure to remove existing foundation, constructing a new poured-in-place concrete foundation and footings; performing structural stabilization of the building; installing new asphalt shingle roofing, gutters, and downspouts; repairing historic wood windows as needed; and reconstructing the east and west entry stairs and porches.
