- Market Survey Attachment Market Survey This is not a solicitation announcement. This is a sources sought and the purpose of this announcement is to seek qualified vendors capable of supplying the items listed below. DLA Land and Maritime is preparing to solicit a long term contract for the items listed below. The proposed procurement will be for a Base Period with the possibility of one or more option periods. In nearly all instances, the total contract length, including options, will not exceed five years. All interested vendors are invited to complete the attached market survey and spreadsheet.
