- THIS PROCUREMENT IS A 100% SET-ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESS FIRMS. The General Services Administration is initiating a firm-fixed price painting project for the 1st, 2nd, and 4th Floor Corridors in the Dick Cheney Federal Building in Casper, Wyoming. **Estimated Price Range: Between $25,000 and $100,000 **NAICS Code and Title: 238320 - Painting and Wall Covering Contractors **Small Business Size Standard: $14.0 million TYPE OF SET-ASIDE: This procurement is set-aside for Small Business. OFFERS FROM LARGE BUSINESSES WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED. Solicitation and all amendments will be posted on FEDBIZOPPS. BONDING: A Payment Bond will be required. SECURITY: Before employees are allowed to work on this project site, all personnel are required to pass a security check. Forms will be provided to the successful offeror after award. ELIGIBLE OFFERORS: All responsible small businesses may submit a proposal which will be considered by the agency. A site visit is scheduled for Thursday, March 27, 2014 at 10:00 am. Contractors are to meet in the GSA Office located in the Dick Cheney Federal Building, 100 East B Street, Room 1002, Casper, Wyoming. To be eligible for award, contractor must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) at http://www.SAM.gov. ***Painter classification is not listed on the Davis Bacon Wage WY140024 01/03/2014 WY24. A painter is considered a skilled laborer and Department of Labor/Wage and Hour Division has provided an estimated rate of $21/hr. This rate is not guaranteed. This rate is only provided to help with proposal planning.***
