Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Arizona Army National Guard requires a Hotel/Motel in Gila Bend to house 115 soldiers from 6 June-20 June 2014, Total of 14 nights; CHECK IN 6 JUNE CHECK OUT 20 JUNE 2014. Quotes must be all inclusive, include all applicable taxes, fees, gratuities and or service charges. Quotes not conforming to specified request will be considered non responsive. The Hotel must provide the following amenities: Air conditioned rooms and public areas, lighting in the parking lot along with entrance to all rooms must be from interior of hotel, all exterior doors shall be secured electronically. Hotel must be in GILA BEND. Soldiers will be training at Gila Bend Auxilliary Field (GBAFAF). There will be a facility assessment consisting of cleanliness, security and conformance of the above mentioned requirements included in the quote. There will be no renovations to the facility during this period that may interrupt soldiers slumber due to soldiers being on rotational shifts. Location of hotel shall not be outside the city of Gila Bend due to transportation and safety priorities. Hotel must be prepared for parking of large tactical vehicles to include passenger bus. Hotel must meet all safety inspections and pose no health threat or safety threat to soldiers. The Government will not be responsible for room service charges, long distance phone calls, movie rental charges, or internet service charges. The Government will pay for rooms only. All rooms must be below government per diem rate. All charges not permitted on the contract will be the responsibility of individual soldier. The Government intends to issue one award resulting from this solicitation. Award will be issued to the responsible offeror whose offer conforms to the solicitation and is found to be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: 1.Technical-Facility Assessment consisting of cleanliness, security, amenities, reviews and conformance with solicitation requirements. 2.Price-Technical is weighted higher than price. The Government reserves the right to award to a vendor with a more technical capability. Quotes must include the following information: a.Technical: Facility assessment consisting of cleanliness, security, amenities and conformance with solicitation terms and conditions. Fire Marshal's capacity of each (ie, single, double and suite must be included in quote. b.Quoters must include the complete physical address of the proposed hotel and property & business CAGE code. c.Price will be all inclusive.
