- Statement of Work for Community College of the Air force at Maxwell AFB, Gunter Annex, AL. 36114. Department of the Air Force, Air Education and Training Command (AETC), 42d Contracting Squadron, Maxwell AFB, AL 36112 is announcing its INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE for SINGULARITY CAPTURE MODULE LICENSE AND MAINTENANCE SUPPORT to Hyland Software, Inc., 28500 Clemens Road, Westlake, OH located at Maxwell AFB, Gunter Annex, AL. Those capable of meeting the above requirement are requested to provide the following information in their response: A.) Current capability that demonstrates your company's ability to meet the above requirement, B.) Company name, point of contact, e-mail address, telephone and fax numbers, type of business and size, Cage Code and DUNS number. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 511210. IMPORTANT NOTES: 1. Information submitted will not be returned to the respective respondents. Oral submissions of information are not acceptable and will not be accepted in response to this notice. 2. Respondents may answer via e-mail or hard copy.
