- Department of Labor Hourly wage Schedule SOW Solicitation J- PERFORM THE FULL SERVICE PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE OF THE HVAC SYSTEM AT THE CLEVELAND WEATHER FORECAST OFFICE. NOTICE DATE: APRIL 4, 2014 Notice Type: Solicitation NAICS: 238220 Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors Contracting Office: Department of Commerce, National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Eastern Regional Acquisition, 200 Granby Street, Suite 815, Norfolk, VA 23510 The National Oceanic Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Eastern Region Acquisition, Norfolk, VA on behalf of the National Weather Service (NWS) is soliciting a requirement to perform the full service preventative maintenance on the Heating, Ventilation, and Air Condition (HVAC) system at the Cleveland Weather Forecast Office in Cleveland Ohio. Provide all labor, material and equipment in accordance with the attached Statements of Work. This RFQ is 100 percent set-aside for small business concerns. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238220, which has a corresponding size standard of $14,000,000.00 or less. Solicitation number EA-133W-14-RQ-0325 issued April 4, 2014 and will close April 18, 2014 At 12:00 pm EST. The total period of performance for all work specified in the Statement of Work Specification is From May 1, 2014 through April 30, 2019. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. The anticipated award date is on or about April 25, 2014. Contractors are encouraged to register with the FedBizOpps Vendor Notification Service as well as the Interested Vendors List for this acquisition (see applicable tab within FedBizOpps where this synopsis/solicitation is posted).
