- The U.S. Geological Survey Leetown Science Center has a requirement for the installation of 150 gallon-per-minute (GPM) process water line from Filter Building to the Restoration Technology (RT) Laboratory building, located in Kearneysville, West Virginia. The project must be completed within 90 days of the notice to proceed. There are no option periods. Request for Quote (RFQ) G13PS00374 will be issued on 02/19/2014 with written quotes due on or about 04/07/20104. There will be a site visit on 02/26/2014 at 10:00 AM Eastern Standard Time (EST). All contractors are STRONGLY ENCOURAGED to attend the site visit. This acquisition is a total small business set-aside. The NAICS code is 238220. The size standard is $14.0 million. The magnitude of construction is $25,000 to $100,000. The anticipated award date of the contract is 04/08/2014. A vendor must be registered at https://www.sam.gov/index.html to be awarded the contract. All responsible sources may submit a bid or quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
