- Description: ****ATTENTION*****ALL FORMAL COMMUNICATION RELATED TO THIS ACQUISITION MUST BE DIRECTED TO MONTY TEASLEY, CONTRACTING OFFICER, CCAM-ALL, VIA email: monty.teasley@us.army.mil, or fax number (256) 955-9237. No telephone requests will be accepted. NOUN: PRON: D14B0076D1, NSN: 4720-01-452-8648, PN: 13213262-8, Quantity: 24 each minimum/ 64 each maximum 5 year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) requirement applicable to the Multiple Launch Rocket System. F.O.B. Destination with delivery to Texarkana, TX. This item is restricted to Eaton Corporation, CAGE Code 00624 and Lockheed Martin Corporation, CAGE Code 64059 because this part must be acquired from a manufacturing source(s) specified on a source control or selected item drawing as defined by the current version of DoD-STD-100. Suitable technical data, Government data rights, or manufacturing knowledge are not available to permit acquisition from other sources, nor qualification testing of another part, nor use of a second source part in the intended application. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website http://amcomdmz.redstone.army.mil/casl_cmo/casldba.casl_cmo_samsar and looking under Standard Aviation and Missile Source Approval Request (SAMSAR). All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies.
