- Sole source J&A The Marine Corps Installation East (MCIEAST) Contracting Office, Camp Lejeune, NC 28547 intends to award a sole source contract to Industrial Construction Enterprises for replacement actuators for pumps on base, pursuant to FAR 6.302-1. This notice is for information purposes only and is not a request for quotation. No solicitation document is available and telephone, fax, or e-mail requests will not be honored.
