- This synopsis is for the purpose of a pre-solicitation notification only. The Regional Contracting Office Bavaria intends to issue solicitation number W912PB-14-R-3012 to provide instructional service courses in Small Arms Maintenance (SAM 31) to government identified U.S. Army Europe (USAEUR) personnel and U.S. Army coalition partners at the Combined Arms Training Center (CATC) at Vilseck, Germany, or on site at the requiring unit's location as Contracted Mobile Training Team (CMTT) throughout Germany, other European countries or the African Command if required. The contract type will be an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) for the period of 01 October 2014 - 30 September 2017. This solicitation will be issued via Internet only on FebBizOpps Website at http://www.fbo.gov. Notification of amendments shall be made via FebBizOpps only. It is the contractor's responsibility to check the above-listed internet address daily for any posted changes to this solicitation. Any amendments issued to the solicitation must be acknowledged by potential offerors.
