- This is a pre-solicitation notice for the Department of Veterans Affairs NCO 20 - which serves as notification to industry for the forthcoming procurement of Calibration of Audiology equipment services at the Portland VA Medical Center, Vancouver Campus and Beaverton and Bend clinics. This notice does not constitute a solicitation for proposals. The anticipated date for posting the Request for Proposal (RFP) on FBO is on/about April 15, 2014. A complete statement of work will be included in the solicitation. The Government anticipates awarding a Commercial, Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract. The anticipated period of performance is 1 May 2014 to 30 April 2015 for a base year plus four one-year option periods. This procurement is unrestricted. The Request for Quotes (RFQ) number will be VA260-14-Q-0064. The NAICS code for this procurement is 811219.
