Note - Due date for proposals is 2:00PM, 09MAY2014 (refer to Section L of the RFP for more details). Note - Number of EFRCE Product Demonstration Models has CHANGED from the estimated four (4) stated in the presolicitation notice TO six (6) as stated in this RFP (refer to Section L of RFP for more details). Note - Max Ceiling Quantity has been amended from the initially "estimated"165,000 EFRCE sets (set = blouse plus trouser) to 187,500 EFRCE sets OR 375,000 individual EFRCE articles OR any variation thereof (refer to Section B of the RFP for more details). Note - In order for the Government to manage an efficient competitive RFP process, questions regarding this Request for Proposal should be received by the Government from industry in writing by 11:00am, 21APR2014. If questions are received after this time period, answers may or may not be provided at the discretion of the Government (refer to Section L of the RFP for more details). Note - EFRCE Garment Construction Patterns remain unchanged from the DRAFT notice published during the presolicitation phase of this EFRCE procurement. However, for the purpose of clarity, directions explaining how to access the patterns have been re-attached and re-posted, and the "DRAFT" language removed.
