Project Location: The project is located on BLM land, approximately 3 miles southwest of Elk City in Idaho County, Idaho (Section 33, Township 29 north, Range 8 east). Price Range: The Government's estimate for the project is between $250,000 and $500,000. Period of Performance: Work on the project site shall commence no earlier than July 1, 2014, and be completed by September 30, 2014. All in-stream work must take place between August 1 and August 30th unless otherwise approved by the Contracting Officer (CO). Bid bonds are required. The acquisition has been set-aside for small businesses. Solicitation was issued on 4/8/14. NAICS code was corrected at this time based on the fact that paving is required and thus the Highway, Street and Bridge classification is more representative of the project type than Heavy Construction.
