- Solicitation NRC-HQ-60-14-R-0005 - EVALUATION OF HEAT TREATMENT FOR U-BEND STEAM GENERATOR TUBES The purpose of this Statement of Objectives (SOO), in accordance with FAR 37.602, is to 1) allow offerors to use the SOO to develop the Performance Work Statement (PWS), and 2) state the overall performance objectives and establish the framework for the NRC EVALUATION OF HEAT TREATMENT FOR U-BEND STEAM GENERATOR TUBES. TheNRC intends to provide Offerors with the maximum flexibility to propose an innovative approach and solutions using proven processes, methods, standards the best possible solutions, seek a competition of ideas, and technologies.
