- WDs RFP Security Form RFI Form RFQ Please note that responses/bids are due NLT 12:00 P.M. C.S.T. on 09 MAY 2014. Send bids to LT Joel Overson at joel.overson@navy.mil, fax 361-516-6929. Please read the following carefully. Site Visit and Security Requirements: Site Visit POC : Mike Seyfors, michael.seyfors@navy.mil, Office 361-516-6369 - April 24th at 1300. Contact Mike Seyfors if you plan to attend for meeting location/address. You must submit your pass application IAW below instructions. Site Visit Access Requirements : Important: Due to enhanced security, all bidders will apply for an individual day pass to attend the scheduled site visit, if the bidder does not possess a valid Rapid Gate badge for NAS Kingsville. Bidders will fill out the enclosed CNRSE 5200.1 Form 1 & 2 and submitted to the assigned government representative holding the site visit. All pass application must be submitted a minimum of 7 calendar days prior to the site visit. Failure to submit the forms by deadline may result in denied access depending Base Security's work load. Contact the government representative for questions ASAP. RFI Process : Please submit any RFI's NLT 30 APRIL 2014. RFI's and responses will be published on the FedBizOps website for the mutual benefit of all bidders. Competitive price range for bidders: $95K - $115K Posting is a total small-business set-aside, restricted to small businesses only. Contract will only be awarded to business that have a current registration in SAM ( https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/#1 ) and DOL ( http://www.dol.gov/vets/vets-100.html ).
