- The purpose of Amendment 1 is to change the response due date to May 8, 2014. This is due to a glitch that prevented the Soliciation from being posted to FedBizOpps and FedConnect on April 7, 2014. The Solicition was successfully posted on April 8, 2014. See Section L of the Revised Terms and Conditions for correct dates. The Bureau of Land Management Montana/Dakotas, Dillon Field Office, has a requirement for the renovation and expansion of the existing Kobayashi Day-Use Recreation Facility located in Madison County, approximately 3.1 miles east of McAllister, Montana. See Terms and Conditions and Attachments for more information. No hard copies of the solicitation will be issued. Please check the solicitation for more information and all required documentation to be submitted.
