- The Mission & Installation Contracting Command - Fort Belvoir (MICC-FB), 9410 Jackson Loop, Ft Belvoir, VA 22060, intends to issue a firm-fixed price contract under on a sole-source basis in accordance with FAR Subpart 19.8 Contracting with the Small Business Administration (The 8(a) program) for professional services for the inspection and testing of Fire Alarms, Sprinkler Systems, Fire Hydrants, and Special Hazards Suppression Systems and for all fire protection systems for all non-family housing facilities located on Joint Base Myer - Henderson Hall (JBMHH), including Fort McNair, Arlington National Cemetery (ANC), and Executive Management Housing Directorate (EMHD) selected properties (Quarter 6 and Lodge 1). The anticipated Period of Performance covers a base year and four (4) one-year options. The NAICS code for this requirement is 561621. The small business size standard is $19.0 million. The intent of this Special Notice is for informational purposes only. This is not a request for competitive quotes.
