- Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, material and incidentals necessary for the exterior renovation of the Horton Agency, in accordance with the specifications and drawings. Project Location: Horton Agency, 908 First Avenue East, Horton, Kansas 66439 This project is not being set-aside under the Buy Indian Act, but the successful contractor will be required to comply with DIAPR Clauses 1452.226-70 and 1452.226-71, which requires that preference opportunities in employment and training be given to Indian/Alaskan individuals and that preference in the award of subcontracts be given to Indian/Alaskan economic enterprises. The solicitation documents will be available as of 04/10/2014. Parties interested in submitting a proposal for the exterior renovation project, will be received and publicly opened at 1600 on Friday, May 9, 2014, at the Bureau of Indian Affairs, Southern Plains Regional Office, Branch of Contracts, 100 Riverside Drive, Anadarko, OK 73005. Bond Requirements: Bid Guarantee is required. Irrevocable Letter of Credit or Alternative Payment Protections are required before Notice to Proceed can be issued.
