The Contractor will provide the following equipment and services to the Wellness Center at the Chinle Comprehensive Healthcare Facility in Chinle, Arizona. Requested Items: 1. Membership tracking software, recommended product by requesting department: Spectrum NG Management Software - Health & Fitness. 2. Member Card Scanner 3. Key Tags 4. PC Camera 5. Verifone Signature Capture Device Please refer to the attached Scope of Work for details on requirements for software. The General Purpose of this request is to monitor the number of clients that are seen throughout the day for all the services that are provided and offered at the Wellness Center.
