- This is a Pre-Solicitation Notice. The Solicitation will be released on or about 11 April 2014. At that time, the complete Scope of Work will be available. A site visit will be conducted on 15 April 2014, 9:00 AM Central Time. Participants in the site visit must register with the primary point of contact listed in this notice prior to Noon 14 April 2014. Location of the site visit is: Cheatham Powerplant, 2250 Cheatham Dam Road, Charlotte, TN 37026. Phone number at the facility is 615-244-4750. The Scope of Work for this project is to completely remove the existing Cheatham Powerplant Switchgear roof membrane including the penthouse roof, repair any concrete damage, prepare existing surface and replace with Enecon HR ceramic-filled liquid membrane. Approximate dimensions are 31' x 240' (7440 sq ft).
