Description
This is a market survey concerning a Manpower Study supporting the Customs and Border Patrol ™s (CBP) mission requirements. The manpower estimate study will focus on the accurate identification of organizational manpower requirements (in terms of both quantity and skill set) needed to support the various surveillance systems assigned to a particular operating location. The manpower estimate also needs to investigate the value of cross-utilization training technicians to support multiple surveillance systems at the same location; and the manpower requirements to support a centralized or decentralized support scenario. Further details are located in the attached draft Statement of Work. The NAICS Code for this requirement is 541990: All Other Professional, Scientific and Technical Services with a size standard of $14,000,000.00. The responses to this market survey will be used for informational purposes only. This is not a screening information request or request for proposal of any kind. The FAA is not seeking or accepting proposals at this time. The FAA will not pay for any information received or costs incurred in preparing the response to the market survey. This market survey is also being conducted in order to obtain the information necessary to determine whether adequate competition exists to set-aside the competition among small businesses, service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses or 8(a) certified firms. Interested firms are required to submit the attached Business Declaration form and a copy of their SBA 8(a) certification letter, if applicable. In order to make this determination the FAA requires the following from interested vendors: 1.
