- This is a Sources Sought/Request for Information (RFI). There is no solicitation available at this time. This Sources Sought/RFI is in support of the market research being conducted to identify potential sources capable of providing the supplies as specified in the Draft Purchase description to support the 249th Engineering Battalion. The information in this Sources Sough/RFI and draft purchase description is subject to change and is not binding to the Government. Any updated information will be provided in future notices/announcements, if applicable. Interested sources are requested to submit the following: 1)Name and address of firm. 2)DUNS/CAGE Code. 3)Point of Contact information (name, telephone number and e-mail address). 4)Affiliate information (parent company, joint venture partners, etc.) and type of business (large, small, small disadvantaged, etc.). 5)Capability information including: a.The ability to provide all items b.The ability to provide some of the items (List which products or product categories you can quote) c.A estimate of delivery timelines for the items listed 6)Please indicate if you are a GSA Schedule holder, including the schedule(s) you participate and include which of the listed items can be quoted under your schedule. Response to this Sources Sought/RFI shall be submitted electronically no later than 15 April 2014 11:00 AM EDT to Susan Ruzicka at susan.ruzicka@usace.army.mil. Any information submitted by respondents to this Sources Sought Synopsis is strictly voluntary. The Government will not reimburse respondents for any costs associated with their responses. The Government reserves the right to contact respondents as required for further clarification on information provided. The Government will use the information in addition to other research to determine sources capable to provide the requirements in the draft purchase description.
