- Description
- Amendment 0001 The purpose of this contract is to provide the necessary design and construction for the renovation of the Bell Kindergarten in Haskovo, Bulgaria; in accordance with the attached Technical Specifications (Attachment 1). Proposals shall be submitted electronically to Mr. Erik Torngren at erik.torngren@eu.navy.mil on or before the time and date specified in Block 13 of this document. Time = Central European Summer Time (CEST) Pre-proposal questions will be accepted up to ten (10) days prior to the due date of proposals. Responses will be published via amendment to the solicitation. In accordance with FAR 15.101-2, award will be made to the lowest price technically acceptable offeror. In accordance with FAR 36.204, the magnitude of this project is expected to be betw een $100,000 and $250,000.
