- The essence of this arrangement is that a contractor will be awarded a SPQ and will provide the subject NSN to satisfy the direct delivery orders to customers. There IS ONE NSN being solicited. Item will be awarded to a single vendor. The period of the SPQ will not exceed a THREE MONTH time frame. There is no guarantee of orders and the SPQ can be cancelled at any time. Award will be to the low priced quote as long as the 30 DARO to SHIP is met. By signing the 1449 signature document contractor verifies that the item they are quoting meets the Item Purchase Description as well as any applicable clauses. Please return the Vendor Response Document, Additional Fill in Clauses, Military Marking Document, and Signed 1449 with your quote. Please include your MSDS sheets in your quote package. VENDORS WHO DO NOT FILL OUT 1449 FORM MAY NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR AWARD. VENDORS MUST FILL OUT MIL STANDARD 129 COMPLIANCE DOCUMENT AND ANY ADDITIONAL ATTACHMENTS. SOLICITATION IS DUE ON MONDAY, APRIL 14 AT 9:00 AM EST AND 8:00 AM CST.
