Functional and Performance SpecificationsColorado Springs Clinic M5510 - U4140 - U4236 - Optometry Diagnostics The Vendor will provide all tools, labor and materials for fabrication/ manufacturing, delivery, installation and testing of the optometry equipment equivalent to item (s) in this document. The scope includes: "Unpacking of equipment as required "Proper assembly of equipment per specifications "Anchoring and attachment of equipment as required. "Interfacing with Biomedical personnel and construction personnel during delivery, installation and testing "Functionally testing of equipment to ensure proper operation and to validate warranty "Proper calibration of equipment per customer / manufacturers specifications "Field repair of equipment as required Note: All equipment must have VISTA Imaging Approved DICOM Modality Interfaces. A DICOM modality is considered "Supported" if it passes the VA's internet validation test suite listed in the Joint VA/DoD DICOM Modality Conformance Requirements (Rev 3.0) document (see http//www.va.gov/imaging) Item #1: Non-mydriatic Fundus Camera with printer and table equivalent to Zeiss Visucam PRO NM with printer and table "Provides stereo image handling and intelligent auto functions that enable reproducible and intuitive imaging for every single patient eye. Working hours are during business hours 7:30a - 4:30p. 3.Contractor to provide additional trade-in services to transfer data from old equipment to new, de-install and remove old equipment from the site. 4.Provide necessary installation services, assembly and trash clean-up service for new equipment 5.Acceptance - Contractor's equipment order, once delivered, will be verified by VA Biomedical Engineering Team that equipment is in working condition according to manufacturer's technical specifications for full payment of services 6.Guarantee - Contractor to provide a warranty (no less than 1 year) unless otherwise noted for equipment performance within manufacturer's specifications; warranty begins at time of VA acceptance of equipment/after inspection.
