Description

Network Contracting Office (NCO 21) will issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) for all services, materials, supplies, equipment, investigations and project supervision as required to provide and install 2 new heat pump units or split unit heat/cool units that meet or exceed the cooling capacity of the existing heat pump units. Work will be completed at Building 12 of the VA Sierra Nevada Healthcare Facility. This requirement is 100% Set Aside for Veteran Owned Small Businesses. In order to be considered responsive, offerors must have a current VOSB registration in VetBiz. The solicitation number for this RFQ is VA261-14-Q-0442. The solicitation will be issued on or about April 9, 2014, with an anticipated proposal due date of April 24, 2014. The Period of Performance is award date to September 30, 2014. The NAICS is 238220 and the size standard is $14 million. This will be a firm fixed priced contract.
