RFP - SOL-623-14-000010 Attachment 10 - Past Performance Information Sheet Attachment 9 - Current Indicators Attachment 8 - USAID/Somalia 2015-2016 Tentative Evaluation Plan Attachment 7 - Useful Links Attachment 6e - Government Furnished Property for Clearinghouse Attachmetn 6d - Clearinghouse Data Entry Module User Manual Attachment 6c - Requirements for Service Provider Hosting IDM Application Attachment 6b - Clearinghouse Handover Notes: IDM-6 5 Requirements Attachment 6a - Clearinghouse Overview Attachment 5b - List of Interventions to be Monitored in 2015 Attachment 5a - MEPS M&V Tools as of December 2013 The United States Government, represented by the U.S Agency for International Development (USAID), is seeking a Contractor to provide evaluation services and program support for the USAID/East Africa/Somalia Office as stipulated in the this RFP. USAID is contemplating award of a single-award, indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract with a maximum ceiling of $24,000,000, and a minimum order guarantee of $1,000,000. Proposals will be accepted from eligible organizations and encourages U.S. small businesses to submit proposals. In support of USAID's interest in expanding the number and sustainability of development partners, USAID encourages proposals from potential new local partners. Organizations eligible to compete for the program are strongly encouraged to carefully review the RFP and submit proposals in accordance with Secion L of the RFP. Instructions and deadlines for submitting questions and proposals are indicated in the attached letter and RFP. USAID/East Africa looks forward to receiving and reviewing your proposals.
