USAID is contemplating award of a single-award, indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract with a maximum ceiling of $24,000,000, and a minimum order guarantee of $1,000,000. Proposals will be accepted from eligible organizations and encourages U.S. small businesses to submit proposals. In support of USAID's interest in expanding the number and sustainability of development partners, USAID encourages proposals from potential new local partners. Organizations eligible to compete for the program are strongly encouraged to carefully review the RFP and submit proposals in accordance with Secion L of the RFP. Instructions and deadlines for submitting questions and proposals are indicated in the attached letter and RFP. USAID/East Africa looks forward to receiving and reviewing your proposals.
