- Description
- This is an unrestricted acquisition for Fresh Bread and Bakery products for DoD Customers in California area. Group I - FT. IRWIN, EDWARDS AFB, VANDENBERG AFB, PORT HUENEME, POINT MUGU, AND SAN PEDRO, CA. Group II - TWENTY-NINE PALMS, CA. The delivery points require indefinite quantities of Fresh Bread and Bakery items for delivery beginning 27 October 2013 and ending 24 October 2015. The resultant award will be for a 36-month period. Prices will be firm fixed for the two (2) year base, with a provision to offer tiered pricing during the third year of the contract. The resultant award will be an indefinite delivery contract, with a guaranteed minimum of 25% and maximum of 250% maximum of the actual award value. The solicitation will be issued under FAR 13.5 - Test Program for Commercial items. Anticipated solicitation issuance date is April 28, 2014. All responsible sources may submit proposals that will be considered by DLA Troop Support. Copies of the solicitation will be found on the DLA BSM internet Bid Board Systems (DIBBS) at http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil. If not registered, prospective offerors will be required to do so prior to reviewing and downloading a copy of the solicitation. RFP's are in Portable Document Format (PDF).
