- Attachment 2 - Wage Determination Attachment 1 - Statement of Work RFQ SP330014Q0070 1. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 - Streamlines Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items in conjunction with 13.5 of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) - Test Program for Certain Commercial Items as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a Request for Quote (RFQ) and the solicitation number is SP330014Q0070 (see attached). 2. This notice incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-72 effective 30 Jan 2014 and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) DCN 20140331 edition and Defense Logistics Acquisition Directive (DLAD) Current to Revision 5 and PROCLTR 2014-60. This Request for Quotation (RFQ) is being issued to establish a firm-fixed price contract for removal of two (2) each existing compressed air supply system. Contractor shall supply and install two (2) each new compressed air supply system located at DLA Distribution Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, Building 506. The item shall be equivalent to the compressor listed in the Statement of Work (SOW) provided at Attachment 1. 4. ALL UNIT PRICES SHALL BE QUOTED AS FOB DESTINATION PRICING. 5. This RFQ will be awarded on an unrestricted basis. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 333912 and the size standard is 500 employees. 6. Required Delivery: 60 days after date of award. Delivery Information: The items shall be shipped as follows: Defense Logistics Agency Distribution Oklahoma DODACC: SB3212 Bldg. 506 Basement Tinker AFB, OK 73145 7. Please pay special attention to the Instructions to Offerors starting page 11. The instructions require various items of documentation to submit with your quote; such as descriptive literature, completed Representations and Certifications, etc. 8. This requirement is subject to the Service Contract Act. Wage Determination No. 2005-2431, Revision No. 17, dated 06/19/2013 is provided as Attachment 2. Pursuant to FAR 52.222-42, Statement of Equivalent Rates for Federal Hires, the following data is provided for informational purposes only and is not a Wage Determination. The Wage Grade (WG) equivalent to this position is as follows: Sheet Metal Mechanic = $22.72 per hour (WG-3806-10/1) 9. A site visit is highly recommended to familiarize with all aspects of the services to be performed. A site visit is scheduled for April 21, 2014 from 8:00 am - 2:00pm, Central Time.
