- This is a modification to the synopsis entitled Aerospace Testing and Facilities Operations and Maintenance-4 (ATOM-4), Solicitation Number NNA14443194R(SLS), which was posted on March 31, 2014. You are notified that the following changes are made: The release date for the Final RFP is anticipated on or about May 20, 2014 with an anticipated offer due date on or about July 21, 2014. Questions and comments on the DRFP are due no later than May 2, 2014. The Industry Day/Pre-Proposal Conference will be held on Tuesday, April 29, 2014 from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. in Building N229, Room 120. The meeting will be held at Moffett Field, CA 94035. There will be presentations on the Wind Tunnel and ArcJet Complex followed by a walking tour, approximately 2 hours long. Visitors are advised to dress accordingly. No open-toed shoes will be allowed in the test facilities. We will require all questions be submitted in writing. Index cards will be provided at the conference. All questions will be answered via an official posting on this site. Please email the name(s) and company affiliation of the Industry Day conference attendee(s) to Starr Strong at starr.l.strong@nasa.govno later than 3:00 p.m. PDST on April 21, 2014. Please note that attendance will be limited to 3 representatives per company. All participants to the Industry Day must be U.S. citizens or permanent residents with a Green Card. Also, a valid driver's license with picture identification will be required before access to the Center will be allowed. One-on-one interested party meetings with the Contracting Officer (CO) and Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) will be held on April 30, 2014 and May 1, 2014 between 9:30 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. in Building N241, Room 215. If you are interested in having one of these meetings, please contact Starr Strong at starr.l.strong@nasa.gov to reserve a 30-minute time slot no later than Monday, April 28 at 3:00 p.m. PDST. A map of Ames Research Center will be made available on this site as well. Documents related to this procurement will be available over the Internet. These documents will reside on a World Wide Web (WWW) server, which may be accessed using a WWW browser application.
