- Document Security Letter Job walk/site visit invitation The contractor shall provide all of the labor, materials, and equipment, as required, to relocate FDNS from the Basement to Suite 6532, including office renovations, located at the Federal Building, 300 North Los Angeles Street, Los Angeles, CA 90012. Estimated completion: within 90 calendar days. Bond requirement: A payment bond in the amount of 100% of the award price over $30,000.00. This procurement is reserved for service-disabled veteran-owned small business. The estimate price range is between $25,000 and $100,000. Plans and specifications will be available on or after April 25, 2014. GSA is not issuing this solicitation electronically. Requests for specifications, plans and plan holders' list must be made in writing on the attached forms, including your company name, street mailing address, telephone and fax numbers, and contact person, with reference to GS-09P-14-WK-C-0060, to the attention of Annette Lakes, by email at annette.lakes@gsa.gov, by faxing your request to 213-894-3473, or by mail to GSA North Los Angeles Office, 300 North Los Angeles Street, Room 4300, Los Angeles, CA 90012 (see attached invitation and Document Security Notice to Prospective Offerors). Contractors are required to complete the Document Security Notice to Prospective Offerors that is attached, and submit a copy of your California State License Board certified copy with signatures (8½ x 11). Site Visit: May 5, 2014, at 10:00 a.m. Contractors are to meet at the GSA North Los Angeles Office, Room 4300, located at the Federal Building, 300 North Los Angeles Street, Los Angeles, CA. Proposals due: May 19, 2014 at 3:00 p.m. You are required to maintain an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM).
