- DRAFT STATEMENT OF WORK The Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division (NSWC PCD) intends to purchase the following items: fifteen (15) LCAC Aft Foundation Fittings (Drawing Number: 5749535-910), and fifteen (15) LCAC Aft Foundation Assemblies (Drawing Number: 182-574-9535 Rev. J) manufactured in accordance with appropriate drawings and statement of work. This requirement will be 100% small business set-aside. The items must meet the requirements of the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) drawings. Drawings are available electronically and must be requested from the buyer by e-mail ONLY. The drawing package is distribution limited to DoD and U.S. DoD Contractors only as well as being subject to Export Control restrictions. Requests for the drawing package must ONLY be submitted via e-mail. Please provide cognizant Commercial And Government Entity Code (C age Code) and company information to the cognizant Contract Specialist (buyer): Ms. Courtney Henslee, Code by email, at courtney.henslee@navy.mil no later than 03:00 p.m. on 28 April 2014. The RFP is estimated to be released on or about 29 April 2014. Any questions relating to this announcement are due fifteen (15) days from the date this response. The closing date of this synopsis is 25 April 2014. Requests must contain the vendors Contractor and Government Entity (CAGE) Code to be considered as potentially eligible to receive the controlled data. The vendor must have an active System for Award Management (SAM) record and must certify to Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) provisions 252.209-7001 and 252.209-7002 listed on the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) Record. The award will be made to the lowest price technical accepted offeror. A Firm Fixed Price type contract is anticipated. The resultant contract will include the requirement for a first article test for each drawing. Delivery will of the first article shall be required 90 days After Date of Contract (ADC) with the remaining items being delivered 210 days ADC to the Naval Support Activity Panama City (NSA PC), Receiving Officer Building 100, 101 Vernon Avenue, Panama City, FL 32407-7001. Delivery terms for this requirement are FOB Destination. Attached is a copy of the draft Statement of Work.
