Description

Request for Information / Sources Sought Notice The US Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO 6) for the Durham VAMC in Durham, NC is conducting market research through this RFI / Sources Sought Notice to seek contract sources for purchase a 30 Watt Holmium Laser System. This will be a onetime purchase. Required items listed below: - 30 Watt Holmium Laser System. 1 EA. -Wired Foot Switch. 1 EA. A determination by the Government to compete the proposed procurement based on the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Please, no telephone inquiries; however, interested parties may submit their interest and product literature for consideration to Dwayne.tillery@va.gov Responses received on or before 4:30 PM EST, April, 15, 2014 will be considered. If you can provide the requested items on GSA/FSS Schedule please provide you schedule number. Cleary identify your company to include your Dun & Bradstreet number.
