- Description
- Solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a base year plus 4 option years. Solicited unrestricted on an Other than Full and Open competitive basis. Eaton Aerospace, CAGE K2523 is the sole source supplier for the NSNs contained in this requirement. NSN 1680-99-603-8369 for P/N HTE655/45/3052/A requires Origin inspection. Estimated annual demand is 1329 each and required delivery is 95 DARO. NSN 2940-99-051-3515 for P/N 754/1/39954/000 requires Destination inspection. Estimated annual demand is 124 each and required delivery is 330 DARO. FOB Destination for the overall contract. DSCR does not currently have an approved technical data package available for these NSNs. Items are not a Critical Safety Items and no surge requirements exist. The NSNs are critical application items and are not commercial. Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD) for each NSN. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Solicitation issue date is April 28, 2014. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP.
