Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, VA Medical Center Togus, Augusta, Maine is seeking a contractor to provide the necessary repairs to two (2) 500T York Chillers. This is a one-time firm-fixed price non-personal services purchase order with an anticipated period of performance of from contract award to completion no longer than thirty (30) calendar days. The contractor will ensure that all applicable regulations are followed, to include those identified in the forthcoming solicitation. The applicable NAICS code is 238220 and the size standard is $14.0 Million. Award will be based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. Evaluation factors include: price, technical capabilities, and past performance. The solicitation is a total SDVOSB set-aside. The solicitation package will be made available on or about 04/11/2014. All relevant solicitation documents may be accessed for download on the date of the issue at the following website: www.fbo.gov. Any amendments to the solicitation will be posted solely to the website. It is the responsibility of the offeror to verify the number of amendments issued. All interested parties MUST be registered in the System for Award Management (SAMS) Database. If you are not registered with SAMS, you may access at http://www.sam.gov. Any Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses must be certified in Vet Biz. If you are not certified with Vet Biz, you may access at www.VetBiz.gov. If you are certified or have received notification of pending certification this must be supplied with your solicitation package.
