- Wages RFQ FAR Clauses RFQ Cover Letter Environmental Requirements for Carpet Statement of Work (SOW) SF18 SOLICITATION PACKAGE IS ATTACHED TO THIS ANNOUNCEMENT. The contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, tools, equipment, transportation and materials required to perform and complete the removal of approximately 950 SQFT of old carpet and carpet pad in USCG Homer Housing Unit 3B. Contractor shall do all floor preparation needed to subfloor and install new carpet and carpet pad for all spaces in Unit 3B. Contractor shall also provide new rubber transition inserts between linoleum and carpet, in living room and dining area and both bathrooms, lengths of all the transitions that will need to be provided are approximately 20FT. Contractor must be IAW SOW. All responsible sources that submit a written quotation will be considered. GOVERNMENT FURNISHED MATERIALS: NONE Performance Period is 14-30 days. SUBMITTALS DUE UPON AWARD Provide submittals a minimum of twenty-one (21) days before start of work, submit three (3) copies of preconstruction, construction schedule, site specific safety plan, temporary traffic and fencing plan, and quality assurance plan Per Submittals Requirements Section of SOW. Lack of adequacy of references shall be at the sole discretion of the Government and may constitute grounds for disqualification. CONTRACTOR SHALL COMPLY WITH requirements of: applicable Coast Guard Safety Regulations, federal, state, and local regulations pertaining to water, air, and noise pollution.
