THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY-Solicitation is not available at this time. This notice does not constitute a commitment by the Government. The Mission & Installation Contracting Command is conducting market research in compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulation, Part 10. Capability statements for this NAICS code will only be accepted. The Government will use this information to determine the best acquisition strategy for this procurement. This acquisition is unrestricted. The Government is interested in all businesses to include 8(a), small business and small disadvantaged business, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned, Hubzone, and Women-Owned small business concerns. The government requests that interested parties respond to this notice if applicable and identify your business status to the identified NAICS code. Additionally, please provide any anticipated teaming arrangements, along with a description of similar services offered to the Government and to commercial customers for the past three years. Any responses involving teaming agreements should delineate between the work that will be accomplished by the prime and the work accomplished by the teaming partners. This Sources Sought is to notify companies that the Fort Lee-MICC is seeking sources to develop and implement a modern feeding concept to be implemented throughout the full spectrum of Soldier managed garrison feeding operations using an enterprise approach to create venues similar to those found on leading corporate, college, and university campuses. The scope of this requirement will be divided within two phases; Concept Development and Concept Implementation. Phase 1: Development During the concept development the Contractor, in partnership with the government, shall provide consultant services to support designated JCCoE teams in the development of new feeding concept in the following areas: -Enterprise Nutritional Design Team: -Facility and Equipment Team: The goal of this team is to develop commercial ready equipment to support Kiosk and G-Store concepts to support campus style feeding requirements. -Policy and Equipment Team: The goal of this team is to develop policy and training requirements to be implemented under the FSMP. -Automation Team: The goal of this team is to capture software and hardware requirements to be implemented under the FSMP. Phase II: During the implementation phase the contractor shall support the following key tasks in coordination with JCCoE: - Implement approved development plan - Develop and update Army Branding concepts Color scheme, design, layout, etc. - Adjust enterprise driven nutritional/regional items to remain current with diner demands and cost efficiencies to stock Store/Kiosk. - Update and maintain enterprise driven recipe and pricing requirements in support of A La Carte feeding. - Adjust as needed implementation & marketing strategy for G-Store/Kiosk. - Coordinate and monitor catalog requirements to support G-Store/Kiosk. - Monitor staffing standards and training for operation of G-Store/Kiosk. Concept Implementation- The implementation of the concepts will be conducted at (Pilot Location)Fort Stewart with an additional 13 location to follow base on the success of the program.
