- REQUEST FOR QUOTATION W912ES-14-T-0057 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - St. Paul District is soliciting quotations in accordance with FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, for Reforestation of Islands C2 and C4 in Pool 8. This solicitation is issued as total small business set-aside. The appropriate NAICS code is 115310 with a small business size standard of $7,000,000.
