- General Provision for NAFI PWS Draft Statement of Work Draft AFRL Bluepring of Building THIS IS A SOURCE SOUGHT SYNOPSIS. THIS IS A MARKET SURVEY FOR INFORMATION ONLY. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION FOR PROPOSALS AND NO CONTRACT WILL BE AWARDED FROM THIS SYNOPSIS. NO REIMBURSEMENT WILL BE MADE FOR ANY COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH PROVIDING INFORMATION IN RESPONSE TO THIS SYNOPSIS OR ANY FOLLOW-UP INFORMATION REQUESTS. THE PURPOSE OF THIS SYNOPSIS IS TO GAIN KNOWLEDGE OF POTENTIALLY QUALIFIED SOURCES AND THEIR SIZE CLASSIFICATION. PLEASE DO NOT REQUEST A COPY OF SOLICITATION AS ONE DOES NOT EXIST. The purpose of this notice is a request for information (RFI) for a non-appropriated funds (NAF) concessionaire contract for Edwards AFB Air Force Research Laboratory. This acquisition shall require the concessionaire to provide all resources (labor and materials) to perform the service described within the draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) and Statement of Work (SOW) in a manner that meets the objectives stated performed in accordance with commercial industry standards for professional concessionaire. Detailed information on work required may be found in the attached draft PWS and SOW. This requirement is for ALL services identified in the PWS/SOW. Any qualified and interested companies responding to this announcement must be able to support all areas. NO partial support responses from industry will be accepted. The Government is seeking only qualified, experienced sources interested in performing the services identified in the attached PWS and SOW. Those represent a detailed snap shot of the requirements of the Air Force Research Laboratory. Therefore, the Government is requesting that interested concerns furnish the following information: (1) Company name, address, point of contact, telephone number and e-mail address. (2) Provide no more than three reference for no more than three of the most recent and relevant contracts performed within the last three years. Include name, address, telephone number, and e-mail address or references. Provide a brief description of the work performed, contract number, total contract value and period of performance. Contracts must be same or similar to the work described in the PWS and SOW. Please Note: In accordance with the Randolph Sheppard Act, the State of California gets the first priority if an RFP is to occur. The Service Contract Act does apply for this potential acquisition, including the Executive Order - Minimum Wage for Contractors dated February 12, 2014. Please see find the Statement of Work (SOW), Performance Work Statement (PWS), Building Diagram, and General Provisions for the NAFI attached.
