- The purpose of this amendment is to provide additional electronic versions of the Performance Work Statement and extend the deadline to close of business (5:00 PM EST) Wednesday, 16 April 2014. No other extensions will be provdied. Thank you. ********************************************************************* THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION, REQUEST FOR QUOTE (RFQ) or PROPOSAL (RFP). This notice is a Sources Sought notice for informational and planning purposes, only. This notice is strictly intended for market research and shall not be construed as a solicitation, obligation or commitment by the Government. The purpose of this notice is to receive responses from industry that will assist the Government in developing its strategy for processing this requirement. The Government is seeking responsible sources from all businesses capable of meeting the quantity, complexity and schedule of the requirement outlined in this notice. The anticipated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 541330 Engineering Services with a Small Business Size Standard of $14 million. Feedback on this requirement is encouraged. However, a response to this notice is not required for participation in the anticipated solicitation. The Mission Installation Contracting Command (MICC) at West Point on behalf of the United States Military (USMA) has an anticipated requirement for architectural engineering design services in accordance with the attached specifications. The intent of this design contract is to update the existing design plans and specifications to incorporate the current existing conditions and expand the extent of certain repairs. Interest parties with the technical skills and experience necessary to perform these services should submit a capability statement of no more than five (5) pages in length, single spaced, 12 point font with the following information to Ms. Mitchelle Labady, via email mitchelle.labady@usma.edu. The deadline for the receipt of responses has been extended to 5:00 PM Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) on Wednesday, 16 April 2014. A generic capability statement or marketing brochure will be considered nonresponsive. A. Firm Name and Address B. Firm DUNS Number and Cage Code C. Firm point of contact, telephone, and email address. D. Socio-Economic Status E. Capabilities / Qualifications: Provide a written description of your firm capabilities/qualifications/skills to execute the services. F. Past Performance (Experience): Has your Firm performed this type of effort or similar type effort (to include size and complexity) within the last three years, if so provide Contract Number, Point of Contact (POC), e-mail address, phone number, and a brief description of your direct support of the effort on three (3) projects completed? a.Do you plan to prime? Describe how you will either produce or subcontract for each component or assembly required. Please identify sources of supply for any components or assemblies for which you intend to subcontract production. Does your firm possess the capabilities to provide the entire range of services? ______ YES _______ NO b.If you answered YES to Question F.a, please provide specific capabilities and examples for how your firm can provide these services. c.If you answered NO to Question F.a, please list what services your firm can provide? Please provide specific capabilities and examples. d.Does your firm possess an approved Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA) accounting system? G. Please provide a rough order of magnitude (ROM) of the price of these services. This is an estimate for informational purposes. This is not a Request for Quote (RFQ). This notice is not a RFQ or an announcement of a solicitation. Responses to this notice are not considered quotes or offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. Responses will not be used for evaluation in any resultant solicitation for this requirement.
