- SPE4A7-14-R-2144 will be issued to establish a Definite Quantity Firm Fixed Price Contract, One-Time-Buy, for approximately 55 each of NSN 1615-01-170-6959, FLANGE, INPUT, TRANSMISSION. This is used on the AH-64 Aircraft. Source Approval Statement applies to this part. This item is identified by the following Part Number: BOEING, CAGE 48T42, Part Number: 7-31130059 This item is Source-Restricted to the above company and the award is expected to be made to that company. Award is expected to be against a Basic Ordering Agreement, (BOA), so a Letter RFP will be issued to the Sole Source and no RFP will be issued unless another company expresses an interest. Delivery will be required within 350 Days after Receipt of Order for the FAT and an additional 30 Days for the production items. Item Unique Identifier (IUID) is required for this item. Inspection/Acceptance will be at Origin; FOB Origin. This is an Army Designated Critical Safety Item, CSI.
