- Western Area Power anticipates issuing a solicitation to acquire on a brand name sole source SEL meters. This brand name requirement is being conducted under the authority of FAR 13-106-1(b)(1). This synopsis is 100% small business set-aside. The North American Industrial Code assigned to this project is 334515 and the business size standard is 500 employees or less.
