- Limitation of Sources This is a Limitation of Sources Synopsis for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Subpart 12.6. The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) has a requirement for the following: IP67 sealed system 1080p 30 frames/sec HD video imager HD lens with at least 50X zoom and a focal length ranging between 12mm and 1680mm H.264 compression of video stream transferred over IP Separate conversion module to allow rs232 control of system Control protocols must include Cohu T and NTCIP 1205 Operational temperatures must include -20F to 140F System cost must be less than $35K The Government anticipates awarding this requirement on a Limitation of Sources basis via GSA Schedule GS-07F-242AA to COHU, INC., under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. The delivery date for this procurement is expected to be between the dates of May 15, 2014 - August 1, 2014. The destination of this procurement will be Solomons, MD. Response(s) to this notice may be made via e-mail or on company letterhead: include company's name, point of contact, address, phone number, DUNS number, Tax ID, business size, and this notice number. All responses must be received by 21 April 2014, 2:00 PM Eastern Standard Time. Responses may be e-mailed to danielle.e.green@navy.mil. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based on any responses received is solely at the discretion of the Government. If no written responses are received, a contract may be issued without further notice. Method of Payment: The method of payment for this procurement will be with a Government Visa Card. Required Delivery Date: Quote Best Possible Delivery Acceptance and Delivery will be to: U.S. Navy Research Center Target Support Third Street, Bldg. 86 Solomons, MD 20688 Shipping Charges : These items will be delivered F.O.B. destination and shipping shall be included in the price.
