Description

Amendment 01 in Section A. Solicitation N00421-14-T-0245 is issued as a synopsis/solicitation. The Government intends to purchase on a Firm Fixed-Price basis and to solicit/negotiate the proposed purchase order on Sole Source basis with Thermal Equipment Corporation under the authority of FAR Part 12, FAR Part 13. Thermal Equipment Corporation (TEC) owned all proprietary rights to the software that operates the equipment therefore no other company would be able to service the computer system that controls the entire equipment. The requirement is perform preventive maintenance and calibration for high temperature Autoclave BAC-35, SN: B8791 Please see attached RFQ. Solicitation will close on 17 April 2014 @ 12:00 PM (EST).
