- Enclosure 2: Excel fillable. To be returned in the technical volume. Utah Gym Equipment The United States Marshals Service (USMS) courthouse located at 351 S. West Temple, Salt Lake City, UT 84101 is new construction with the USMS FIT Room (Enclosure 1). The USMS FIT Room is not expected to exceed 10 people at a time for usage. Objective: The objective of this contract is to provide services for the delivery and installation for the USMS FIT room at the Salt Lake City Courthouse. This is a non-personnel services contract. Scope: The scope of this services contract is to deliver and install the USMS FIT Equipment (Enclosure 2) for an USMS FIT room of this size (Enclosure 1). No CAD drawing shall be provided, but picture of the actual gym is provided (Enclosure 2). Prior to acceptance of the USMS FIT room, the USMS will inspect the layout and operational status of the USMS FIT Equipment. All deficiencies shall be corrected, at no cost to the USMS, no later forty-eight (48) hours.
