- "A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP on the same issue date cited in the solicitation. Choose the RFP you wish to download. Solicitations are in portable document format (PDF). To download and view these documents you will need the latest version of Adobe Arobat Reader. This software is available free at http://www.adobe.com. A paper copy of the solicitation will not be available to requestors. The solicitation issue date 04/25/2014 and respond due date 05/23/2014. This requirement was authorized by purchase request 0 052787984 solicit as Unrestricted for approved source of supply. A Request for Proposal (RFP), SPE4A7-14-R-2123, was issued to establish a Definite Quantity Firm Fixed Price type contract; on NSN 1560-01-575-4117, Panel, Structural, AI. Item is not Critical Application and Export Controlled does not applies. Item is not commercial. Item is in accordance with Part Number L2100148-123. The estimated solicitation issue date 04/25/2014 and respond due date 05/23/2014. The need arrival date (NAD) is 09/19/2014; with an estimated award date (EAD) on 06/27/2014. Based on the NAD-EAD the time yields a number less than 90 days, therefore, the acquisition specialist utilized a 25% reduction of the historical PLT as the delivery objective. The require production delivery at 320 DARO for production on 52 units. Production delivery required at FOB Point Origin with Inspection & Acceptance at Origin. Synopsis is required as request is acquire directly from the actual approved source of supply. Progress Payments are not authorized for this purchase.
